Support Tier-2 and QA

Totango is looking for a bright, passionate talented student to join our support tier-2 and QA team, Great opportunity to gradually experience the Quality and Testing world.

Responsibilities:

  • Tier 2 technical support - Field escalations, working directly with our users and Customer Success team abroad to solve problems and help them get on board with our product.
  • Taking part in QA process - for delivering high-quality software

Required skills

  • Computer Science/Engineering Student capable of working ~20 hours per week
  • Must be creative, exhibit analytic capabilities, independent and a problem-solver
  • Good writing and communication skills, orderly, responsible.
  • Eager and capable of learning new technologies as necessary
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision with a can-do approach
  • Excellent English skills, verbal and in writing.
  • High attention to details

Big Advantage

  • Experienced in Customer Technical Support
  • Mamram/Technological unit graduate
  • Experience in various QA methodologies and in writing and exercising STP, STD
  • Basic knowledge - SQL
